LOCAL SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING within South Africa for orders over R1500. We will deliver your parcel straight to your door using one of our courier partners. For this we require:
- A physical address where someone will be available to receive the package during working hours
- A contact number
We cannot send parcels to a PO Box address, so please ensue you provide a full physical address.
COURIER FEES
- R120 per package for orders under R1500
- FREE shipping for orders over R1500
- Unframed prints are usually shipped within 2-3 working days and framed canvas prints can take 7-12 working days to complete before being shipped. See lead times indicated on each product listing. Courier delivery times are 2-4 working days from the date of collection.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping however you are welcome to visit my international channels on Fine Art America or Saatchi Art.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If your item arrives damaged in any way we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your package with pictures of the damaged item sent to info@ramonfritz.com
A courier will be sent to collect the damaged item and a replacement item will be sent to you. If you receive your purchase and you are not entirely happy with it, we offer a full refund policy. In order to qualify for this refund you must contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your parcel at info@ramonfritz.com
The items must be returned to us in its original condition and original packaging. The return courier or postal fee will be for your account. As soon as the returned items have been received, we will refund you the purchase price in full.
